OrthoGen V9. This presentation will give information about our products OrthoGen and OrthoView, Our products deliver the capability of quickly and easily generating many types of location drawings for any discipline from models created with Intergraph PDS or SmartPlant 3D software. Our products can be used in the design office or at the construction and fabrication sites. We will also show that OrthoGen V9 has completely new annotation and repeatability engines, yet maintains its familiar user interface. OrthoGen V9 supports output, editing, and embellishing of drawings using CAD programs including the latest versions of Micro Station and AutoCAD. The integration of high resolution laser scan data into 3D CAD design and asset management to support the the Plant lifecycle from Plant Design and Engineering through to Plant Information Management.
During the last two decades the techniques for 3D as-built data capture in Process Facilities have evolved from the simple tape measure on to photogrammetry and most latterly to 3D laser scanning. During this evolution people have strived to maximise the value of this 3D as-built data by enabling it to be used effectively inside Plant Design and Engineering systems whilst at the same time enabling it to be used for Plant Information Management through the lifecycle of the plant.
